Great city views and comfy stay

Had a nice stay! The rooms were surprisingly spacious for HK, and we enjoyed the city view from our higher floor. Security was solid. you had to use a keycard to access your level, which was comforting. Only bummer was the breakfast lines, got pretty long. worth it for a quick family getaway.

Braw location near MTR and a fab buzzing mall nearby! No help with luggage was a right pain, though. Rooms were clean, and I appreciated the daily freshening up. Would happily stay again if they sorted the breakfast queues!

Great city view from the room. The quick check-in process made arrival smooth. Staff were quick to respond to requests, like when I asked for a softer mattress pad. The room remained clean throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated the water pressure in the shower and the bright lighting in the bathroom. the breakfast could use more variety. it was basically the same each day. the breakfast area became noisy during peak hours, which detracted from the experience. While the location was not where most tourists typically go, the nearby eateries provided some delightful surprises. My concern with security arose when someone unexpectedly followed me to my floor, which left me feeling uneasy. a decent stay, but the hotel could improve security measures and breakfast options.

clean, comfortable, convenient

I stayed for 4 nights in the Standard Twin Room and was truly impressed by the hotel's cleanliness. The convenient location made it easy to walk to the subway in under 10 minutes and I loved having multiple dining options in the nearby mall. The staff's hospitality stood out, especially when they offered assistance with transportation during the rainy weather.

The hotel is conveniently located within close walking distance to the subway, making it easy to navigate the city. The high floor room I stayed in offered an impressive city view, and the shower facilities were spacious with consistent hot water. I appreciated that the hotel staff assisted me promptly when I needed a softer bed pad.

The breakfast options could use more variety, which made the dining experience a bit repetitive.
